About the Fundraiser

Kringle Holiday Countdown is the annual fundraising campaign presented by the Rotary Club of Greenville.

Net proceeds benefit Rotary Charities, Inc. and help fund charitable projects and organizations serving our community.

Eligibility

Official Kringle Holiday Countdown calendars are available while supplies last.

Each calendar contains one unique calendar number that serves as that calendar’s official raffle entry.

Purchase of a calendar does not increase the odds of winning beyond the single calendar number assigned to that calendar.

Winning Numbers

Winning calendar numbers are selected through the official drawing process.

Winning numbers will be published daily during the designated prize period on:

• KringleHolidayCountdown.org
• Official Kringle Holiday Countdown Facebook page
• Official Kringle Holiday Countdown Instagram page

Only winning numbers published through official Kringle Holiday Countdown channels are considered valid.

All drawing decisions are final.

Prize Awards

Each prize is awarded to the holder of the winning calendar number.

Some prize packages may include multiple identical prizes awarded to different winning calendar numbers.

Prize descriptions are believed to be accurate but are subject to change if required by the donating sponsor.

Claiming Your Prize

Your original physical Kringle Holiday Countdown calendar is your official raffle ticket.

The original calendar must be presented to claim a prize.

Failure to present the original calendar may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Prize redemption instructions, locations, and deadlines will be published on this website and may also appear on the printed calendar.

Prizes not claimed by the published deadline become the property of Rotary Charities, Inc. and may be used to further the charitable purposes of the fundraiser.

Sponsor Conditions

Certain prizes are donated by sponsoring businesses.

Prize redemption may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, reservations, scheduling requirements, age restrictions, or other conditions established by the donating sponsor.

Rotary Charities, Inc. and the Rotary Club of Greenville are not responsible for changes made by prize sponsors after prize donation.

No Cash Value

Unless specifically stated otherwise, prizes:

• have no cash redemption value,
• may not be exchanged for cash,
• may not be substituted by the winner.

Limitation of Liability

Rotary Charities, Inc., the Rotary Club of Greenville, participating sponsors, volunteers, officers, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• technical failures,
• website interruptions,
• typographical or printing errors,
• delayed communications,
• acts beyond their reasonable control,
• sponsor modifications,
• lost or stolen calendars.

The organizers reserve the right to correct errors, update information, modify prize descriptions, or cancel transactions resulting from obvious mistakes.

Tax Information

Rotary Charities, Inc. is recognized as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.

The purchase of a Kringle Holiday Countdown calendar is primarily the purchase of a fundraising product that includes participation in the promotional raffle.

Rotary Charities, Inc. cannot provide tax or legal advice.

Please consult your own tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any payment or charitable contribution.

Participation in the Kringle Holiday Countdown fundraiser constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.
